Program Description

Kensley Company LLC (“Kensley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS messaging program that allows us to communicate with prospective and current commercial clients about equipment financing inquiries, application status, account updates, and related business information. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Consent

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our application or contact forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Kensley Company, including messages sent via automated technology. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to consent to SMS messages on the phone number provided.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Application status updates and document requests
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Funding updates and approval notifications
Promotional messages about Kensley financing programs (only if you opted in to marketing messages)
Account-related notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with Kensley Company. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for transactional purposes and up to 4 messages per month for marketing purposes (if applicable).

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Kensley does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Kensley at any time. To opt out:

Reply STOP, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message we send
Visit kensleycompany.com/opt-out and submit the form
Email info@kensleycompany.com with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further marketing or promotional messages. Transactional messages required to complete an active financing application may still be sent unless you formally withdraw your application.

Supported Carriers

Kensley’s SMS program is compatible with the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Kensley is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.

Privacy

Information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy at kensleycompany.com/privacy-policy. Kensley does not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with any third party for their marketing purposes. No mobile information collected through our SMS program will be shared with affiliates or third parties for their marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Kensley may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or by notice on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
