Use this page to unsubscribe from Kensley Company text messages. Submissions are processed immediately, and you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no further marketing or promotional messages will be sent.

If you have an active financing application with Kensley, transactional messages related to that application may continue to be sent unless you formally withdraw the application by contacting us at info@kensleycompany.com.

Other Ways to Opt Out

You can also opt out of Kensley Company SMS messages by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may also reply END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL.
  • Emailing info@kensleycompany.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Please include the mobile number you want to opt out.
  • Calling us at (833) 317-3445 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST).

What Happens After You Opt Out

  1. We process your request within one business day.
  2. You receive one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  3. Your mobile number is added to our suppression list and will not receive further marketing or promotional messages.
  4. Your opt-out request is logged with timestamp for our records, in compliance with TCPA recordkeeping requirements.

If you continue to receive messages from Kensley more than 24 hours after submitting an opt-out request, please contact info@kensleycompany.com so we can investigate.
